Acoustic materials
A vibrant selection of acoustic materials and solutions for your interior designs.
-
01
Plaster and gypsum
Seamless acoustic plaster, sprayed systems and perforated gypsum board. They turn an entire ceiling or wall into an absorber while keeping the smooth, monolithic look of a plastered surface. Available in various finishes, grain sizes, perforation patterns and colours.
-
02
Wood
Slatted, perforated and grooved panels, wood wool, cork and bamboo. Wood brings warmth and rhythm to a space and absorbs sound through its openings and the layer behind them. Available in many species, stains, slat spacings and formats, from veneer to solid.
-
03
Felt
Wool felt and PET felt, the latter pressed from recycled bottles. Soft, tactile and forgiving, felt can be cut, folded and shaped easily, which makes it as much a design material as an acoustic one. Available in dozens of colours and thicknesses, as tiles, slats, three-dimensional shapes or made to measure.
-
04
Fabric and textiles
Stretched and wrapped panels, leather and carpet. Textile is the most direct way to bring softness into a room, with the absorbent core hidden behind the surface you actually see. Available in hundreds of fabrics, from wool and linen to printed acoustic cloth, with visible or invisible framing.
-
05
Biomaterials
Mycelium grown from fungal networks and agricultural residue, and preserved moss. Naturally porous and low in embodied carbon, they bring an organic texture that is hard to imitate. Available in various surface structures, natural tones and formats, as tiles, panels or sculpted shapes.
-
06
Fibers
Reed, straw, rattan and paper. Fast-growing, low-tech and often locally produced, these fibres absorb sound while adding a handmade, tactile character. Available woven, bundled or pressed, in natural or dyed tones, as panels, screens and ceiling elements.
-
07
Metal
Perforated steel, aluminium (including foam), brass and copper. Hard-wearing, fire-resistant and precise, metal absorbs through micro-perforation and an absorbent layer behind it. Available in many perforation patterns, powder-coated and metallic finishes, flat, curved or folded.
-
08
Glass, foils and transparent materials
Acoustic glazing, sintered glass, micro-perforated foils, stretch ceilings, acrylic and polycarbonate. They absorb or block sound without taking away light or sight lines. Available in clear, frosted, printed and coloured versions, as panels, partitions and seamless ceiling spans.
-
09
Ceramic and stone
Terracotta, acoustic bricks and porous concrete. Solid, mineral and built to last, they carry acoustics into the architecture itself instead of adding it afterwards. Available in many shapes, bonds, glazes and raw natural tones, for walls, façades and ceilings.
-
10
Metamaterials
Engineered structures where the geometry, rather than the substance, does the acoustic work. Printed cells, resonators and labyrinths can absorb low frequencies in a fraction of the usual thickness. Available as custom-developed panels and elements, tuned to the frequencies of a specific space.
-
01
Acoustic panels
Flat, three-dimensional, art and printed panels: the most direct way to add absorption to a wall or ceiling. Available in almost every material we work with, in custom sizes, shapes and finishes.
-
02
Ceiling solutions
Baffles, rafts, clouds, tiles and seamless ceilings. The ceiling is the largest free surface in most rooms, and the most effective place to absorb sound. Available suspended, modular or seamless, in many shapes, depths and colours.
-
03
Wall systems and doors
Stretched fabric walls, acoustic plaster walls, acoustic doors and glass partitions. They treat a whole wall at once and keep sound where it belongs. Available wall-to-wall or framed, with matching doors and partitions in many finishes.
-
04
Art
Artwork that works: prints, weavings and hand-finished pieces on an absorbent core. It hangs like art and improves the room quietly. Available from a wide range of artists and photographers, or with your own image, in any size and frame.
-
05
Furniture and lighting
High-back sofas, upholstered seating, and pendants and luminaires with an absorbing shell. Acoustics hidden inside the objects you were going to buy anyway. Available in many fabrics, felts and shapes, as single pieces or complete sets.
-
06
Storage and cabinets
Cabinets with acoustic fronts, perforated doors and shelving. Storage does double duty, absorbing sound along the walls where it would otherwise bounce. Available in many materials, front patterns and dimensions, freestanding or built in.
-
07
Screens and dividers
Freestanding, mobile and suspended dividers that create quiet zones without building walls. Available in many heights, shapes, materials and colours, with or without wheels.
-
08
Booths and pods
Phone booths, meeting pods and focus rooms: a quiet room inside a room, for calls, concentration or a conversation in confidence. Available from one to six people, with different glazing, ventilation, lighting and interior finishes.
-
09
Rugs and carpets
Acoustic rugs, carpet tiles and wall-to-wall carpet. The floor is the surface people touch most, and an easy win for footfall noise and reverberation. Available in many weaves, piles, colours and formats, including custom shapes.
