Metamaterials
Geometry, not substance, doing the acoustic work.
Printed cells, resonators and labyrinths can absorb low frequencies in a fraction of the usual thickness, which is exactly what a thin wall or a shallow ceiling void needs.
Available as custom-developed panels and elements, tuned to the frequencies of one specific space.
-
CELLA
Resonator panel
Every hole opens into a tuned cavity behind it. Sized to the frequency you want gone, not only to the look.
-
RESVA
Clear lattice
A printed lattice of linked rings in a clear material. Light passes straight through, while sound gets lost in the cells.
-
MEMBRA
Printed shell
An organic printed shell over a core of loose fibre. The shape guides the sound in, and the fibre takes it from there.
-
VORTA
Bass trap
A printed block with a deep, maze-lined cavity, made for corners. Low frequencies gather there, and this is where they stop.
-
SPEKTA
Tunable panel
Slots in varying lengths, each tuned to its own part of the spectrum. Measured first, then set to what the room actually needs.
-
OKTAVA
Studio module
Walnut modules with slots routed in two directions, absorbing and scattering in one. Combine them on a wall to balance a studio or listening room.
-
SILVRA
Coiled channel
A single channel folded back and forth inside a solid block. Sound travels the full length, while the panel stays slim.
-
LABYRA
Labyrinth panel
Twenty-five round mazes set into one panel, each a folded path for sound to travel. A long route inside a thin wall.
